As our **Manager, Digital Transformation & IT PMO**, you’ll play a key leadership role, shaping the direction of digital innovation, building strategic project capability, and embedding delivery frameworks that ensure we scale smartly, securely, and sustainably.

**The Role**

Reporting to the Senior Manager, IT and Digital Transformation, you’ll lead the organisation’s digital transformation strategy while overseeing the IT Project Management Office (PMO). Your focus: ensure our investments in technology are prioritised, governed, and executed in line with strategic organisational goals.

You'll manage an agile team of project managers and business analysts, steer the digital roadmap, and ensure transformation programs deliver measurable value from systems modernisation and data uplift to reimagining how we work and serve.

**What You’ll Drive**
- **Digital Strategy & Innovation**

Craft and lead digital transformation strategies that modernise operations, elevate user experiences, and embrace emerging technologies. Champion the shift towards smarter, more integrated ways of working.
- **PMO Leadership & Governance**

Build and maintain scalable PMO frameworks and delivery methodologies that align with best practice frameworks. Bring structure to complexity—ensuring visibility, accountability and consistency across project delivery.
- **Portfolio Management & Execution**

Oversee project intake, prioritisation, and resource planning to ensure initiatives are strategically aligned and properly scoped. Track progress, mitigate risks, and surface insights that help executive leaders make confident decisions.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**

Work closely with senior leaders, frontline staff, and vendor partners to ensure transformation efforts are collaborative, business-led, and tech-enabled. Be the bridge between vision and execution.
- **Team Leadership**

Lead and develop a high-performing team of analysts and PMs. Foster a delivery culture that values curiosity, collaboration, courage and continuous improvement. Empower people to do their best work through mentorship, clarity and trust.

**About You**

You’re a strategic and delivery-focused leader with deep experience at the intersection of technology, people and process. You bring an agile mindset, strong business acumen, and the ability to scale capability without losing sight of what matters most, real-world impact.

You bring:

- Proven experience leading digital transformation and/or enterprise PMO functions in complex environments
- Strong knowledge of IT service management, project delivery frameworks (Agile, PMBOK, ITIL, DMBOK) and enterprise architecture
- The ability to translate business goals into clear digital programs and measurable initiatives
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills with a track record of growing capability across cross-functional teams
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills and experience influencing at executive and board levels
- A strategic mindset with a readiness to roll up your sleeves and get things done

**Qualifications & Checks**
- Degree or equivalent experience in ICT, Business Systems, or a related field
- Industry certifications (e.g. PMP, ITIL, TOGAF, DAMA, DMBOK, Microsoft or AWS) highly regarded
- SA Driver’s Licence, DHS Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check required
