Garden View Court is a 24 bed residential aged care facility. Our aged care services focus on the individual, their family, friends and community. Individualised care is assured by identifying the resident’s personal preferences and interest in all areas across the social and clinical spectrum. We have adopted the Montessori environment to provide purpose and stimulation through everyday activities. This approach supports our residents to live their lives to the fullest and make the most of the services we have to offer.

**About the Role**:
Responsible for ensuring that aged care resident care needs are accurately reflected and that East Grampians Health Service (EGHS) receives it’s entitled remuneration for the provision of care through the Australian National - Aged Care Classification (AN-ACC).

The coordinator will ensure standardisation of AN-ACC process and procedures and will take a role in the education of aged care staff.

**About You**:

- Hold qualification as a Registered/Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA.
- Previous experience in completion of aged care assessments and documentation.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of relevant Aged Care Legislation, AN-ACC processes and Commonwealth Outcome Standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to set priorities, work under pressure and complete tasks within specified time frames.
- Self-reliant, motivated, able to work independently and innovatively and respond to situations appropriately, whilst working within EGHS policies and protocols.
- Able to liaise across the full spectrum of services and relate positively to a wide range of people.
- Demonstrated ability to deal with a range of complex situations.
