Garden View Court is a 24 bed residential aged care facility. Our aged care services focus on the individual, their family, friends and community, Individualised care is assured by identifying the Residents personal preferences and interest in all areas across the social and clinical spectrum. This facility supports residents needs in the cognition and behaviour domain with many patient having varying degrees of dementia. We have adopted the Montessori environment approach to provide purpose and stimulation through everyday activities. This approach supports our residents to live their lives to the fullest and make the most of the services we have to offer.

**About the Role**:
The Leisure and Lifestyle Coordinator will bring improved outcomes and quality of life to our residents. They will work in close contact with nursing and care staff and volunteers to provide high quality, patient centred activities. This will include scheduling, implementing, delivering and evaluating resident activities.

**About You**:
The successful applicant will have a qualification in (or working towards) Certificate IV in Leisure & Lifestyle or similar, capacity to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team and will be self-reliant, motivated, able to work independently and innovatively, and will be responsive in a situation where a high level of professional autonomy exists. You will also be required to have a Victorian Drivers Licence.
