**About the Program**
Join one of our newest programs in one of our fasted growing service portfolios Treatment services for people with mental health concerns in Residential Aged Care Facilities aims to enhance the quality of life for older people through improved access to primary mental health services within a person-centred stepped care approach.
This program will deliver in-reach health care services to residents in aged care facilities. Our services will target residents with a diagnosed mental illness or those who are assessed as at risk of mental illness. This is a hugely rewarding role where you can make a visible, lasting impact and improve someone’s quality of life.
The program is led by a compassionate, curious, and non-judgmental leader, passionate about supporting staff and asking, ‘why not, and what’s next?’
