Domain is seeking a dynamic Service Delivery Manager to join our team, you’ll be responsible for IT service delivery across our IT Operations, Business Systems, and Commercial Systems Operations teams. In partnership with the Head of Technology, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation and strategic alignment of our technology services with our broader organisational goals.

Your mission will be to drive innovation, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure our technology infrastructure is resilient, secure, and future-ready.

**Who are you?**
- Lead and support multiple technology teams, ensuring they operate efficiently and align with business objectives.
- Define and manage incident processes, including major incident handling, to minimise impact on services.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive service and asset catalogue, ensuring effective management and alignment with organisational needs.
- Develop and refine IT operation processes and IT Service Management (ITSM) practices in line with ITIL ISO20000 and ISMS ISO27001 standards.
- Lead initiatives to optimise costs, improve operational efficiency, and prepare business cases for technology investments and service enhancements.

What We’re Looking For
- Solid experience managing diverse technology teams and driving service delivery excellence.
- Expertise in defining and managing incident and problem processes, including post-mortem analysis and corrective actions.
- Proven experience in contributing to and influencing technology strategies, especially in digital and business transformation.
- Deep understanding of IT Service Management principles and experience developing processes aligned with ISO27001 and ISO20000 standards.
- Experience in monitoring and optimising costs and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of ITSM tools and frameworks.
