About the role

We are looking for a Sales Support Officer to join the McGraths Hill team on a permanent, full-time basis, supporting general Branch operations.

Our Sales Support Officers are the first person our clients see when they interact with Ace. Your expert customer service skills will operate as the backbone of the branch and support the sales teams in building relationships with clients. With the backing of the Elders network, you will be provided with the tools necessary to take clients through the end-to-end sales process and supported to learn and grow your career.

**Responsibilities**:
As a key member of the branch, you will enjoy a varied day including:

- Providing administrative support to the team, allowing the branch to develop and foster professional relationships
- Providing support in all areas of the sales process and POS processing
