Following the decision by the Australian Government to acquire UH-60M Black Hawk helicopters from the US Government, Lockheed Martin Australia has established a core team of experienced military Rotary Wing professionals to support the initial procurement and ongoing sustainment activities. **Your responsibilities will include**:
As the AME Team Lead, you will provide supervision and team leadership to ensure maintenance is performed and completed, and aircraft are airworthy in accordance with prescribed aviation standards. You will plan, organise, direct and control one or more maintenance teams and activities throughout the execution of maintenance and General Aviation Tasks (GAT) from both an administrative and technical perspective.

**About you**:

- To be successful you will demonstrate the following:

- Significant demonstrated experience in aircraft maintenance management
- Demonstrated understanding of Human Factors and Human Resource Management
- Demonstrated high levels of communication and leadership skills
- Significant knowledge and understanding of the requirements of DASA
- Significant demonstrated experience working on helicopters and/or components
- Computer literacy with an ability to produce, analyse, and interpret complex reports and information

**Special Requirements**:

- Applicants must be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance and employment may be contingent on the provision of further personal information including citizenship to ensure compliance with international export control legislation and regulations.
