**About the role**
As a Youth Program Support Worker, you’ll be working as part of a team being a superhero for children aged 5 to 18 with a range of disabilities. Your mission? To keep our awesome kids engaged and entertained with loads of exciting activities

This role operates during school holidays at Holland Park, from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 3 PM.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Provide personal care and assist with toileting as required
- Meal prepping, baking delicious treats, and maintaining a clean environment
- Offer emotional support and encouragement
- Assist with mobility and communication needs
- Coordinate fun recreational activities
- Ensure a safe, nurturing environment where everyone feels valued
- Participate in community outings and excursions with the children

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A positive attitude and a love for working with kids
- Patience and understanding in all situations
- Strong communication skills and a team player mentality
- Previous experience with children (especially those with disabilities) is a plus

**Requirements**:
The successful applicant will be required to hold or be willing to obtain;
- Working with Children Check (Blue card)
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow card)
- NDIS Orientation Module Certificate
- CPR and First Aid certificate
