**The Company**

We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Retail Associate to join us in our retail stores in Westpoint Blacktown and Castle Towers locations this Christmas The role is an immediate start with shifts from Monday to Sunday available.

**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Receiving/preparing for sale & displaying goods in the retail environment.
- Providing excellent customer service, advice or assistance to customers.
- Operating the cash register and POS system.
- Displaying, filling shelves, replenishing or any other method of exposing or presenting goods for sale.
- Contribute to visual merchandising and housekeeping standards in-store.
- Opening/closing the premises.
- Adherence to OH & S requirements as well as company policies and procedures.
- Maintaining store inventory efficiently.

**Here's the skills we're looking for**
- An outgoing and motivated personality, comfortable engaging face-to-face with potential customers daily.
- Proven experience in meeting and exceeding business targets.
- Strong listening, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A meticulous attention to detail & the ability to work autonomously & follow detailed instructions.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a retail environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: 15 - 38 per week

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
