**Finance Business Suppo**rt Officer***
**Part-Time-Approximately 24 hours per week**
Inner-western suburb of Adelaide
Immediate start
6 month contract with the potential of extension/permanency
Experience using Xero
100% Onsite

**Key Duties**:
Taking responsibility for general office maintenance
Development of procedures for all administrative and accounting tasks
Accounts receivable and payable requirements
Data entry and record keeping
Liaising with the company's bookkeeper in all aspects of Xero requirements
Provisioning weekly payroll

**Key Duties**:

- Taking responsibility for general office maintenance, liaising with clients, technicians, suppliers and management
- Development of procedures for all administrative and accounting tasks
- Accounts receivable and payable requirements
- Provision of regular reporting
- Data entry and record keeping
- Liaising with the company's bookkeeper in all aspects of Xero requirements
- Provisioning weekly payroll
- Full Support of the finance, project, service and business teams as required
- Documentation and reports preparation

**Key Criteria**:

- Experience in a similar role (1 year minimum)
- Experience using Xero accounting platform (preferred)
- Proven ability to handle all aspects of administration
- Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Exceptional telephone manner
