Our client is a growing multifaceted energy focused group of companies that is looking for a Senior Accounts Officer to work with a high functioning team of professionals. This is an excellent opportunity for an attentive, organised and helpful professional to work as a key member of a small team in a dynamic environment.

**The Role**

Working closely with the Accounts and Administration team, your fit is the role will depend on your experience as your key responsibilities include:

- Accounts Payable processing with multiple daily, weekly, and monthly payment runs
- Supporting with Cashflow management ensuring all accounts are recoded accurately
- Daily Accounts Receivable processing and resolving invoice queries
- Managing Accounts inbox and prioritising workflow
- Daily Bank reconciliations of multiple company accounts
- Credit Card reconciliations
- General administration including raising purchase orders, document control and housekeeping

**About You**

You are a friendly and team focused individual who enjoys collaborating with a positive, support and high calibre team of professionals. Your accuracy and attention to detail allow you to navigate a complex and fluid accounting environment, with strong navigation of Excel and MYOB.

Your communication skills allow you to create and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, with an ability to work both in a team environment and autonomously. Your processes driven work ethic and organization skills will see you succeed in this role as you navigate a complex and diversified workflow, meeting both individual and team deadlines.
