**About the position**
Our Bar and Gaming team play an important part to our Club operations. Wests Nelson Bay currently have opportunities available for customer focused individuals. Wests Gaming and Beverage operations provide quality service to our members and guests. Key responsibilities include:

- Provide friendly customer service
- Gaming machine service
- Drink orders and delivery to machines
- Preparation and service of beverages
- Reset and payout jackpot wins
- Operation of Tab and Keno terminals
- Cleaning of work station and equipment
- Operation of tills and cash handling
- Maintain cleanliness of amenities and public areas
- Assist members and guests with club enquiries
- Collect glasses from the floor and return to bar areas for cleaning

As this position is key during peak periods for our venues, availability to work across a 7 day roster is required including weekends, holiday periods, and evenings through to the early hours of the morning.

Certifications required: RSA, RCG

Please be advised, this role requires a Criminal Check to be undertaken prior to starting the role.
