Located high up in the stunning sub-tropical Byron Bay Hinterland is Australia’s most awarded boutique lifestyle pamper retreat, Gaia Retreat & Spa, which offers a luxurious nurturing space for those wishing to relax, realign and recharge. Gaia offers guests a very customised and personable journey through the attentive service of our close knit and dedicated team.

We are looking for highly skilled, dynamic hospitality professionals to join the front of house team in our award-winning retreat.
- Facilitate a seamless dining experience, that ranges from relaxed al fresco breakfast to high-end full-course dinner
- Understand our guests’ needs and wants, and deliver beyond what’s expected
- Prioritise and address guest experience matters as they arise, communicating with your team members
- Liaise with the kitchen regarding specific guest dietary requirements and requests
- Assist in concierge procedures, greeting new arrivals, and helping with luggage & room introduction
- Understand the facilities, activities and services of Gaia
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
- Be available to work Fridays & Saturdays
