**Role Summary**:
The role of our Support Workers is to provide support to the residents in our aged care facility. Support Workers are tasked with creating a home-like environment for everyone at the facility, whilst undertaking duties such as assistance with daily living tasks or personal care needs, medication administration or the preparation and serving of meals. Our Support Workers work closely with our Registered Nurses, who will provide guidance and supervision to you throughout your day.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Ensuring that care service delivery is based on the goals, needs and preferences of residents
- Contribute to the creation of a home-like environment for residents
- Maintain a safe and comfortable working and living environment
- Participate in feedback, reporting and a continuous improvement model for the facility

**This role is being hired on permanant part time basis and is located out of our charming Bethania Gardens facility.**
