Soccer Coach

Football Star Academy (FSA) is a leading provider of grassroots soccer development programs across Australia. We are passionate about developing confident, disciplined, and skillful young players in a fun, safe, and inclusive environment. Our philosophy is to teach life skills through sport, building resilience, teamwork, and self-belief in every child.

We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate coaches to join our team. As an FSA coach, you will deliver high-quality soccer sessions for children aged 5-14 years, focusing on technical skill development, confidence-building, and fostering a love for the game.
- Deliver engaging, structured, and fun soccer sessions using the FSA curriculum.
- Create a positive learning environment that encourages discipline, teamwork, and confidence.
- Manage groups of children safely and effectively, adapting to different ages and skill levels.
- Build rapport with players and parents, representing the FSA values at all times.
- Assist with set-up and pack-down of training equipment.
- Ensure child safety standards are maintained at every session.
- Be a role model on and off the field.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 16 per week
