We are currently seeking General Hands to join our assembly and installation team, helping leading brands to optimise their retail space and product display options.

**About the role**:
We have a number of exciting new projects across Regional NSW, Metropolitan Sydney and other Regional Centres. Our projects include new store and refurbishment internal fixturing works including:

- Interior signage installation
- Display and Point of Sale unit assembly
- Assembly of fixtures
- Installation of fixtures

You will need to be fit, enthusiastic, able to take direction and show initiative.

**Hours of Work**:

- Must be available Monday
- Friday with occasional weekend availability
- Must be willing to travel to different locations for work across regional and metropolitan NSW (travel allowances will be provided where applicable)
- A combination of night and day works (10:00pm - 6:30am) and ( 7:00am
- 3:30pm)
- Must be available for both day and night works

**Day Rate - $32.04 Night Rate - $39.73 plus additional Weekend and Public Holiday Rates Apply**

This is a casual role with opportunity to work 20-30+ hours per week on long term projects. We would require a minimum of 4 months commitment from the successful applicant as well as availability for predominately night shifts.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Must have a White Card
- Own your own set of hand and power tools
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Current drivers licence and reliable means of transportation
- Experience working a similar environment as a general hand would be highly regarded.

Our team's safety is our priority - you must be fully vaccinated to work with our clients as a member of the Credo team.

Application Question(s):

- Credo projects run predominately overnight, with some day and weekend work available. We require all casual team members to be available for a minimum of 3-4 days per week for shifts that usually run from 9pm-6am.

PLEASE NOTE For safety reasons it is not possible to work during the day for another employer and then work the night shift for us.

Are you available for both night and day shifts?
- We work across the metropolitan area (capital city) in each state, and can require team members to travel to regional locations for periods of up to 3 weeks.

*Please note if you live regionally we do not reimburse travel in to the Metropolitan area.

Are you willing to work across both Metro and Regional locations?
- Our General Hands are required to bring a set of basic hand tools to each shift. Please indicate if you have the following items (or are willing to purchase them before you start) on the list below:
Adjustable Spanner, Pliers, Cordless Drill 18v, Screw Driver Set, Stanley Knife, Hammer, Tape Measure, Impact Driver 18v, Shifter, Tin Snips, Allen Keys, Rubber Mallet, Silicon Gun.
- The current rates paid for General Hand work are:
Mon-Fri Day - $32.04
Mon-Fri Night - $39.73
Saturday Day/Night - $44.85
Sunday Day/Night - $53.71
Public Holiday - $64.08
