**Position Overview**:
We're seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee our bar operations, drive exceptional service, and contribute to our success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day bar operations, including inventory, ordering, and cleanliness.
- Develop and update cocktail menus, train and supervise bar staff, and control costs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5+ years experience in food and beverage/bar management.
- Leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations, with F&B certification preferred.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service preferred.

**Salary**: From $22.37 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
