As the Marketing Specialist you support the execution of key activities surrounding global branding. Some of the key activities will be coordinating packaging, trade shows, promotional items and online marketing. This person will be the sole person in the marketing team, but work alongside the executive team locally and others in marketing positions around the globe.

**The role will have the following responsibilities**:

- Coordinate marketing collateral including packaging, events, catalogues and websites.
- Organise and facilitate company trade shows; banners, ads, giveaways and products needed for trade shows nationally.
- Coordinate updates to the website content as needed, and in support with new product launches and local branding campaigns.

**Skills required**:

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field. Dental industry experience preferred but not essential.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior and the ability to use data to optimize marketing reports.
- Ability to develop tailored strategies for multiple locations while maintaining consistent brand messaging.
- Skills in budgeting, managing resources effectively, and tracking ROI for campaigns.
- A collaborative mindset to work closely with internal teams and community partners.

**Salary**:
$70,000.00 - $90,000.00 + Super
