**Job Title: Home Care Worker**

**Overview**:
As a Home Care Worker, your main duty is to provide caring support to clients within the comfort of their own homes. You'll be doing various tasks like helping with personal care, keeping the house tidy, providing company, and driving clients to appointments or outings when needed.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Personal Care: Help clients with everyday tasks like bathing, grooming, dressing, and using the bathroom, always respecting their dignity.

Household Help: Keep the house clean, cook meals, and do laundry to ensure clients have a safe and cozy living space.

Social Interaction: Spend time with clients, chat with them, and plan activities to keep them engaged and happy.

Transportation: Safely drive clients to appointments, grocery shopping, or other activities. (Note: Having a car might be necessary for this.)

**Qualifications and Requirements**:
Experience in caring for elderly or people with disabilities.

A kind and caring attitude, genuinely wanting to help others.

Good communication skills to build trust with clients.

Reliable and able to work alone or with a team.

Flexible to adapt to different schedules and needs.

Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.

Willingness to share your skills and experiences with colleagues.

Respect for client privacy.

Preferably, a Certificate III or IV in Individual Support or Ageing Disability.

Experience with hoists is a plus.

Having a reliable vehicle is preferable.

**Additional Requirements**:
Working With Children Check.

NDIS clearance check.

First Aid and CPR Certification.

COVID-19 and Flu Vaccinations.

Valid Driver's License.

Clear criminal background check and vulnerable sector screening.
