Brisbane Sports Institute is seeking passionate Basketball Referees for inter-school sports programs in schools across all areas of Brisbane. At the Brisbane Sports Institute we are committed to creating excellence in sport and ensuring the safety and well-being of children.

Our inter-school games involve a wide range of proficiency, from Junior to senior teams. Game times vary through the afternoon commencing anytime from 1.00pm - 4.00pm and are played Monday through to Friday and Saturday mornings 8.00am - 1.00pm at a variety of locations across Brisbane.

SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

- High level of knowledge and experience in basketball
- An interest in working with children
- High level communication skills
- Blue Card / Working with children check (if you do not have this, you must be willing to obtain, unless you are under 18 years of age)
- Eligibility to work in Australia

Referee accreditation is preferred. This position is ideal for someone who has flexible working hours. We are a child safe and equal employment opportunity employer.

Pay: From $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Umpiring: 1 year (preferred)
