Be the face of Elements of Byron, the first person that people meet as you welcome our guests and visitors on arrival. Working at the main entrance to the resort your role is a very important one as you lay the foundation to ensure that everyone who visits us is greeted with a warm smile and friendly welcome. For those who are staying with us we would like them to have a memorable stay whilst at the resort, so your bubbly and friendly greeting and personality will ensure that they enjoy all interactions with our Host team from the moment they arrive right through to departure. During your shift you may provide directions, answer enquiries, drive our Transport Buggy's and provide facilities and activities information.

Reporting to the Front Office Manager you will be responsible for ensuring we do not merely deliver service but do more than is expected to create authentic moments of hospitality.
You will be a confident driver as a large part of your role is driving our resort buggies, you will develop an excellent rapport with our guests, have high energy, love face to face guest interaction and have exceptional attention to detail.
**The hours**: On-going casual role available working, 25-30hrs a week, across a 7-day rotating roster.
**The shifts**:7am - 3pm and 3pm - 11pm
**Requirements**:

- Maintain a thorough knowledge of resort facilities and promotions
- Role will involve physical lifting and movement of luggage and other items
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and ensure procedures are followed in relation to guest confidentiality
- Experience working in a 4-5 star resort/hotel front office environment preferred
- Full availability to work weekends and public holidays
- Current full drivers licence essential
- Display a professional image at all times through personal presentation and polished communication
- Punctual, reliable and proactive
- Full working rights on an ongoing basis within Australia is required for this role

**Salary**: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
