We are seeking strong, reliable and dedicated Kitchen Hand/Dishwasher to join our team at Kaptans Restaurant, Hotel Pension Grimus for the 2025 Winter season. The Kitchen Hand role is crucial to the effective operation of our kitchen
**KITCHENHAND DUTIES**
- Hygienically clean crockery, cutlery, glassware and other kitchen equipment using commercial dishwasher and by hand
- Rubbish removal
- Sweeping and mopping of kitchen floors
- Ensure ongoing cleanliness & kitchen hygiene.
- Providing support to the kitchen team with some basic food preparation such as grating, peeling, chopping
- Assist in taking delivery of stores
**WHAT YOU NEED**
- Excellent organizational skills
- Neat and tidy with detailed attention to cleanliness and hygiene
- Good time management
- Ability to work under pressure at a fast pace
- Ability to work in a team and take instruction
- Strong communication skills
- Be available from early June to end September
- Foreign nationals must hold a valid Australian Working Holiday Visa subclass 417 or 462
