**About Us**

Grand Ridge Environmental Services (GRES) is an expanding environmental management company operating across Gippsland, Victoria. Our clients include one of Australia’s largest private timber plantation companies, not-for-profit environmental organisations and carbon off-setters, Loy Yang mine, local councils, Landcare groups and landholders, and state authorities such as VicRoads and Parks Victoria.

We specialise in:

- forestry protection and management projects
- firefighting and management of fires
- revegetation and offset management
- vegetation maintenance
- fencing
- fauna surveying
- invasive pest animal control and assessment.

Our depot is just 15 minutes south of Boolarra, 20 minutes from Mirboo North, and 30 minutes north of Foster.

**About the Role**

As a Bush Crew Member at Grand Ridge Environmental Services (GRES), you will efficiently and effectively undertake various forms of environmental management, as listed above, with the opportunity to expand into a broader range of activities applicable to your experience and skill set.

You must pass a mandatory drug and alcohol and pre-employment medical test before commencement.

Considerable amounts of work are on a hectare/piece rate basis, meaning effective and efficient work will result in a greater income.

Pay: From $33.86 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Annual bonus
- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates
