**About the Role**:
Successful applicants will be providing in-house support to our customers across a range of units with varying needs which can see the day-to-day schedule changing as needed.

As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities by providing personalised care and support tailored to their unique needs and goals. Your dedication and commitment will contribute significantly to creating a more inclusive and compassionate society.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support customers to achieve goals and wellbeing individually or in groups, in their home, the community, an Aruma hub or an overnight respite house.
- Work in an exciting, fast paced, and flexible environment. No two days are the same
- Support customers to grow, develop new skills, access hobbies and interests, participate in the community and promote inclusion.
- Assisting clients in their daily living activities, such as personal care, mobility, and skill development.
- Provide Person - centred active support to encourage independence and help customers meet their goals and choices.
- Encouraging independence and empowering customers to achieve their personal goals.
- Advocating for the rights and needs of individuals with disabilities.
- Ensure a safe environment for customers, colleagues, and yourself.
