- About the Role
- As a BHP employee, you will play a meaningful role in the safe and efficient execution of activities across BHP working within our Major Projects team supporting our Copper SA asset based in our Adelaide office Monday through to Friday with flexible work options available. This role would progress to obtaining a CERT III in Business.
**Duties include**:
- Provide General Administration Support
- Various Data Entry requirements
- Document and Records Handling and Management, including archiving
- End of Month Report facilitation
- Organise Travel requirements & Site Access
- Event Planning and Organisation
- Catering Orders
- Conference Room Bookings
- Minute taking / meeting and agenda preparation
- Ad hoc Project work
- About You
To be successful in this role you will have:

- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team alongside a range of diverse individuals.
- Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft office is advantageous
