About the role*
You’ll join a team of 3 HR professionals with a variety of skills and knowledge. As our P&C Generalist you will support our people in Australia and Singapore across the entire employee lifecycle as well as with exciting People and Culture projects and initiatives.

Supported by the People and Culture lead you will:

- Be the advisor for mid level managers across onboarding, remuneration, learning and development, health and safety, process improvement, employee engagement and diversity and inclusion.
- Review and refine policies and guidelines to ensure that they are up to date, relevant and streamline our people-related processes.
- Provide project-related support in line with our Global People & Culture plan.
- Provide support & facilitate resolutions to employees in various People & Culture-related topics and work to resolve any issues that may arise.
- Promote P&C initiatives amongst managers and their teams to ensure they are well understood and embedded.
- Oversee our internal systems, ensuring data is up to date and all platforms are being utilised effectively for best business outcomes.
- Offer effective reporting and data analysis insights on our people to the wider team.

**Depending upon your preference and experience, this role is being offered on both a 4 and 5 day week. This role can also be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.**

About you*
We are looking for a well-rounded and passionate HR professional with at least 2 years experience in the industry. You’ll be intuitive and informed, caring about our people and offering best practice expertise.

To nail this role you’ll need:

- One year of advisory experience with mid-level managers
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with a high level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and organisational skills
- Intermediate knowledge of AU employment legislation
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while completing work accurately and to deadlines
- Strong customer focus and stakeholder management ability
- Flexibility and willingness to learn and grow in the role
- A passion, interest and knowledge in D&I space would be highly regarded
