**About the Role**:
Supervise, support, and direct the work of Safety & Response Officers, General Services Assistants and Food Services Assistants of Logan Hospital, Satellite hospital facilities and Community Health Centres. In addition, the role is responsible for ensuring Queensland Health's cleaning standards are met by conducting regular cleaning audits and that transfers are completed within appropriate time frames.

- effectively supervise staff utilising conflict resolution and communication skills whilst maintaining strict confidentiality
- demonstrate a high level of extensive interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills (including written) in dealing with a complex range of external and internal stakeholders
- demonstrate interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and liaise with staff at all levels
- to build and proactively manage relationships with customers/clients and team members

The Eight Mile Plains Satellite Hospital is one of seven new healthcare facilities being delivered in South-East Queensland under the Queensland's Government's Satellite Hospital Program. Managed by Logan Hospital, the facility will be designed to provide healthcare services, closer to home for the rapidly growing community.

**The Eight Mile Plains Satellite Hospital will include**:

- a minor injury and illness clinic
