The Opportunity
This role offers an opportunity for a proactive individual to work as Energy Analyst within the City FM Energy Centre supporting our partner Coles Group to achieve their “Together to Zero” sustainability targets.

**The Role**:

- Monitor energy consumption across Coles’ Supermarket fleet using City FMs Energy Management System (SPARK+).
- Investigate and resolve energy consumption anomalies identified by SPARK+.
- Communicate with the field workforce, internal and external stakeholders to gather supporting information.
- Maintain SPARK+ platform ensuring all store energy attributes and metering are kept up to date.

**To Be Considered**:

- Data Analytics and Reporting (Excel/Power BI) - Essential
- Engineering or Scientific Degree - Desirable
- Performance Measure and Verification Analyst (PMVA) - Favourable
- Building Management System / Solar / HVAC&R Experience - Preferred
