**The Role**
You’ll be part of a significant program of water infrastructure projects. Reporting to the Project Director and with the support of Environmental Approvals and Management team; you’ll spearhead the execution of high-level environmental advice crucial to the success of various dam improvement projects.

**Your role will involve**:

- Leading environmental assessments
- Approvals coordination
- Negotiations with internal/external stakeholders including land owners, local and state governments
- Strategic development of environmental approvals,
- High-level negotiations with government bodies, and
- Managing environmental projects and programs

**About You**

**Essential Criteria**:

- Hold tertiary qualifications in Environmental Management, Engineering, Planning, Science, or any other related fields
- Have a strong understanding of environmental regulations
- Have strong experience in strategic oversight and experience with challenging approvals
- Team leadership experience

**_Advantageous Skills & Experience:_**
- Experience and understanding of environmental aspects of dam planning, investigation and construction activities and relevant environmental considerations
