Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the primary function of the Warehouse Coordinator is to maintain & manage the integrity of the company working capital as well as manager the daily operations of our warehouse. This role is critical to the management of our finished goods inventory integrity and control.

Key responsibilities include:_**
- Finished Goods Inventory Control - monitor & enhance procedures, incorporating the Kellogg SAP system and the WMS systems at the Principal 3PL Providers, to ensure a high level of accuracy and timely allocation of inventory
- Track inventory cost drivers and implement programs to manage cost down, in line with business policies and procedures
- Support stocktakes - in accordance with stock take protocol. Implement supporting cycle count programs at each finished goods stocking point. Manage the stock reconciliation between Kellogg SAP and 3PL WMS Systems
- Maintain and update all relevant policy and procedure documentation relating to inventory management.
- Ensure each finished goods stock point is managing and reconciling pallets under their control to ensure no losses are incurred.
- Manage all first-in-first-out raw material in the warehouse, collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure all materials are managed under site policies and procedures
- Manage all the goods receipting and outbound SAP transactions
- Manage day to day warehouse performance

Skills, experience & attributes sought:_**
A background in Supply Chain - either Warehouse or Logistics is ideal. You will have previous experience with inventory-based system(s) and WMS is highly advantageous. With strong written and verbal communication skills you will work with a range of internal and external stakeholders. You will effectively manage often competing deadlines and have a high level of attention to detail to ensure we are tracking movement & volumes accurately. We’re looking for someone who owns their role and takes pride in the work that they do as this plays a critical role in our Warehouse Operations and performance.
