**The role**:
As the Head of PMO at Brennan, you will play a critical role in enhancing our project and portfolio management capabilities, driving strategic alignment, and promoting a culture of excellence in project management.

You will lead a dedicated team, and work collaboratively to standardise project management practices, methodologies, and tools. Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring successful project outcomes, informed decision-making, and overall organizational growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Leadership and Uplift**:Audit, hire, and uplift Project Managers to meet enterprise standards, creating a multi-tiered PMO structure. Provide strategic leadership to elevate the project management function within the organization.

**Standardise Project Management**:Implement consistent project management methodologies, tools, and processes. Drive efficiency gains, reduce risks, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

**Strategic Alignment**:Align projects with organizational strategic goals and prioritize initiatives for maximum value. Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure projects contribute to Brennan's growth and success.

**Enhance Decision-making**:Provide accurate, up-to-date project information to senior leadership for informed decision-making. Allocate resources effectively to maximize project outcomes.

**Promote Best Practices**:Foster a culture of continuous improvement by sharing best practices, lessons learned, and knowledge across projects. Drive a culture of excellence in project management within the organization.

**Standardize Delivery**:Ensure a consistent and high-quality experience across all projects, regardless of division or offering.

**What skills and experience you bring**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field; MBA or PMP certification is a plus.
- Proven experience leading and transforming PMO functions within complex organisations.
- Strong project management skills and experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Change management expertise to address resistance and facilitate organizational change.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
