**What You Will Be Doing**

The Education Stream Leader - Medical, Surgical and Continuing Care is responsible for developing and implementing key strategies to enhance the clinical capability of the medical, surgical and continuing care workforce to deliver great outcomes. The position is of clinical and educational leadership and collaborates with the Director, Education and Training, and key internal and external stakeholders, to optimise clinical standards, mitigate clinical risk, support professional standards, and promote and enhance education and research within the clinical program area.

**What You Need**

We anticipate you will have:

- Current and condition-free registration as applicable to profession
- Post graduate qualification in education, health, management or relevant field
- Extensive clinical experience in medical, surgical and/or continuing care settings at a senior level working with a diverse workforce and interprofessional team
- Experience and expertise within practice development / education roles
