As a deeply grounded NDIS and Aged Care provider, we require Support Workers on a casual premise with a view towards permanency. One should be adaptable and flexible to work with individuals with diverse special needs and to help frail, older people, including the prematurely aged, living in the community to maximize their independence.

**About the Role**
- **Deivian Care is looking for a Cleaner in Thornbury, VIC and neighboring suburbs **to assist in keeping our clients' houses in a livable and clean condition.

**About You**
- A person-centered, values-based approach to service delivery that is informed by a proven commitment to social justice concerns.
- Knowledge and understanding of trauma informed, strengths-based and person-centered care.
- Demonstrated communication and relationship management abilities, as well as the ability to maintain collaborative working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

**Job Role and Responsibilities**
- Vacuum and mop clients' houses.
- Light dusting and cleaning tabletops.
- Cleaning bathrooms and toilets.
- Help with other general tasks around the house.

**Experience/Certification Required**
- Full Victorian Driver's License and your own vehicle (registered in your name)
- National Criminal Check
- Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate
- Experience as a cleaner

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $26.00 - $31.00 per hour
