Are you a passionate and experienced Baker, specialized in crafting delicious Sourdough and Croissants? Look no further We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Baker to join our Wholesale Bakery team in Tweed Heads, NSW. We are seeking a talented individual with at least **3 **years of hands-on experience to join us straight away.

**Responsibilities**:
a. Prepare doughs, mix ingredients, and handle the baking process for breads.

b. Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure high-quality products.

c. Create and follow recipes, maintaining consistency and attention to detail.

d. Maintain a clean and organized work area, following strict hygiene and safety standards.

G. BUILDING TEAM AND SYSTE IN PLACE.

H. DEVELOPING NEW PRODUCT.

**Requirements**:
a. **Minimum 3 years of experience as a Baker, specializing in Sourdough and Croissants.**

b. Extensive knowledge of baking techniques, dough preparation, and proofing.

c. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

d. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
