Flour Water Salt is a wholesale bakery dedicated to producing authentic European-style sourdough and high-quality baked goods. We take pride in using sustainable, locally sourced ingredients and traditional methods to create outstanding breads and pastries.
**What You’ll Do**:
As an Apprentice Baker, you will:
- Work closely with experienced bakers to learn the art of sourdough baking from start to finish.
- Work with cakes and pastry section to make pastries
- Assist in daily production, including mixing, shaping, and baking bread.
- Develop skills in dough fermentation, shaping techniques, and oven management.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
- Be part of a passionate, supportive team committed to quality and craftsmanship.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- A genuine interest in baking and a desire to learn.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to take on physical, hands-on tasks.
- Possess physical strength and stamina to regularly lift items weighing up to 20kgs.
- Ability to work during the day (no night shifts here)
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
- A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
- No prior experience is required, but a love for baking is essential

**To Apply**:
Pay: From $21.73 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
