As a Customer Care Agent, you will be responsible for providing world class service to Cedrent/Enterprise customers via phone and face to face. This includes creating a pleasant customer experience by greeting and engaging customers, completing the reservation process expeditiously, and providing information regarding pricing and optional coverages, as well as resolving complaints and ensuring overall satisfaction. The key responsibilities of the role include:
- Call Centre experience would be a benefit but not essential
- Provide information on rates and services to Cedrent/Enterprise customers via phone
- Book reservations via the phone, log them in our bookings system
- Provide excellent customer service to all callers and field customer queries
- Maximise revenue opportunities with customers, utilise sales techniques to increase bookings
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to discover new and more efficient ways to run our business and deliver the right products and services to our customers faster and at a lower cost.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
