As a Customer Care Agent, you will be responsible for providing world-class service to Cedrent/Enterprise customers via phone and face-to-face. This includes creating a pleasant customer experience by greeting and engaging customers, completing the reservation process expeditiously, providing information regarding pricing and optional coverages, resolving complaints, and ensuring overall satisfaction. The key responsibilities of the role include:
- Provide information on rates and services to customers via phone and in person
- Book reservations via the phone, log them in our bookings system
- Provide excellent customer service to all inbound calls and field customer queries
- Maximise revenue opportunities with customers, utilize sales techniques to increase bookings
- General administration responsibilities.
- Communicate with our customers and locations to provide effective solutions to customer queries and feedback.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to discover new and more efficient ways to run our business and deliver the right products and services to our customers faster and at a lower cost.
