Bankstown Sports is a one-stop destination for all. Some of its feature venues include the Lady Banks Rooftop Bar and the Basement Brewhouse, along with diverse food offerings such as Italian, Asian, and middle eastern, just to name a few. The Group not only operates six clubs, it also includes a hotel, events and conference centre, and a commercial office tower.

Currently we are looking for a Reception & Reservations agent to assist with all restaurant reservations and club enquiries. The requirements of this role include the ability to manage a switch and keep up to date with all the current events across the club, have a sound understanding of the restaurant opening and closing times as well as the ability to stay on top of restrictions and changes to restaurant booking availability.Key Responsibilities:

- Operating the Club switchboard, answer and directing all incoming calls
- Be a first point of contact for enquiries, bookings and central reservations for restaurants
- General secretarial, clerical and administrative duties
- Placing service calls for club equipment, organise courier requests and cloak room duties
- Selling of tickets and small community events over the phone
- Maintain a clean reception and communal area

**Essential Criteria**:

- RSA RCG Competency Card or willingness to obtain
- Previous experience in a similar role / industry
- Ability to work full time on site
