Tempe Tyres, one of Australia’s leading Tyre and wheel retailers and Wholesalers, is on the lookout for a driven and detail-oriented **Recruitment Officer** to join our dynamic team

About the Role

Full time role based at Tempe - Initially on 6 months contract with high chances of permanency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and post job ads across multiple platforms (Seek, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain recruitment records and reports

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a recruitment or HR role
- Strong working knowledge of job advertising platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
