**Job Description**:
**What you'll be doing**:
As Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will join our leadership team and assist in the smooth operation of our Food & Beverage outlets. Your food and beverage knowledge is unrivalled. You are guest obsessed and have built your reputation on delivering exceptional experiences; leading from the front. With a focus on building a culture of intuitive service that creates memorable moments for all guests. Whilst primarily focussed on our leading our team in Altus Rooftop Bar & Lounge, you will also be part of a Food & Beverage team that delivers exceptional service across breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as in-room dining and meetings & events.

**Qualifications**:
**What we're looking for**:

- Passion, interest and confidence in wine & spirits with a flair for cocktails. You will be involved in all areas of Food & Beverage, but strong bar knowledge is preferred.
- An unbridled passion for food and a love of sharing your 'food stories' with our patrons.
- Exceptional leadership skills with demonstrated results in developing and motivating teams, your lead by example approach will be infectious
- The ability to coordinate and manage the day to day Food & Beverage operations whilst leading and inspiring the team to enhance the guest experience - every guest, every interaction, every day.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of organisation, accuracy and attention to detail
- Be a calming influence in the midst of a fast paced environment, with the ability to sustain and drive positive team morale creating a culture that people want to be part of.
- Have the necessary skill to actively resolve complaints and challenges presented by customers.
- Provide guidance, support training and leadership to all team members.
- Be a progressive, creative professional who remains pragmatic and focused in an ever changing environment.
- A team player with the ability to assist in all areas of Food & Beverage operations during peak times
