**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Solution Identification**:Seeking for an additional yellow badge support engaging program resource to support the growth and scaling of the Startup digital events program across APAC and Japan assisting the existing APJ Programs lead in GTM, data analysis and execution within the program. Support Startup Marketing with executing the following operational tasks: 1/event page review and publishing based on approved copy by Area Field Marketer 2/ Pre-event Gotowebinar (GTW) event set up (including dry-run if necessary) 3/ Actual day launching of GTW - Yellow Badge Employee to log in 15-mins prior to scheduled event time for system check, launch and facilitate platform backend support. 4/ Post-event reporting - share event recording with event host (GTW), attendance update, extraction of CSAT data, and attendee feedback.

**Program/Projects**:

- SAWS event management (event request review for SAWS technical requirements - 16 hours saved p/m),
- Responding to inquiries from event hosts about SAWS event platform
- SAWS event attendance tracking within 5-day SLA for MQL and lead follow up
- Business Development (BD) partnership to create and publish BD-led events that can be actioned for lead follow up, and hosting GTW online events for BD (e.g. wrangling APJ BD around events, integration, Spotlights, 3POP branding)
- Ask an Expert support of Solutions Architects APJ team using the new SAWS AAE service (planned for Q4 2024).
- GenAI SUP APJ case study management, landing page creation and reporting
- Startup Generative AI - Pop-up Loft facilitation and assistance for temporary event at a physical location for a fixed period of time.
- Sydney resource - event attendance at in-person events for event support and event attendance reporting. Estimate 5 events/month, 5 hours per event.
- Monthly reporting of Startup events YTD and key metrics, such as number of GenAI events, Partner events or other data points. Summarize data from reporting tools in table format, or similar.
- Source quotes for marketing collateral production (if necessary)
- For in-person events - coordinate with vendor on logistics, catering, manpower support

**Skill sets**:

- Data processing / analysis
- Program management
- Stakeholder alignment and support for shared goals with BD
- Experience with GoToWebinar or online event hosting tool
- Website operations

**Suggested software experience**

Proficiency with one or more marketing software solutions will be preferable, including:

- Web conferencing (Gotowebinar)
- Customer relationship management platforms (Salesforce)
- Content management systems (Webiny)

**Desired Qualifications**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with the Startup Marketing APJ team
- 3+ years proven experience in web/digital marketing
- Analytical skills. Ability to think critically, input data, and prepare reporting of key metrics
