**About the Role;**

**You will;**
- Manage all aspects of running the store alongside the Store Manager
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
- Provide an exceptional customer experience, through authentic and meaningful interactions with our customers
- Drive sales and ensure the achievement of all KPI's as set by the company
- Create an inspirational, supportive, and informative environment for your team
- Ensure store operations and retail standards are implemented and maintained
- Process and replenish stock according to company standards

**To be successful you will have;**
- An experienced leader with great mentoring and coaching skills with the ability to inspire your team ideally from a retail fashion environment
- You cultivate a team environment of trust, motivation and accountability, to maximize performance
- You lead by example by creating memorable, honest and genuine customer connections
- You have outstanding communication skills
- You are passionate about all things fashion with great visual merchandising and styling skills
- A desire for continuous improvement
- The ability to work a Tuesday - Saturday roster
