**Position Description: Handy Person / Maintenance**

Cloverdale are seeking an experienced Handyperson to join our team. The role includes a variety of maintenance requirements to new and pre-existing clients engaged with our other services.

The position is fast paced and if you are up for the challenge, your contribution and commitment will be recognised and rewarded.

**Skills**:

- Perform basic tasks including painting and filling crevices, clean facilities and managing maintenance repairs.
- Install fixtures, such as door & window handles
- Minor tiling replacement/repairs
- Inspect damaged framework or other structures and fixtures and advise repair method
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong communication skills with Team and Clients
- Measuring and calculations
- Maintenance cleaning
- Ability to work with hardware tools and power equipment.

**Qualifications: Ideal but not mandatory**
- Carpentry
- White card
- Working with Children’s Check
- Relevant Trade qualification
- Computer / Literacy Skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $28.00 - $34.99 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Flexible hours

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North Geelong, VIC 3215: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- White Card (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
