**THE OPPORTUNITY**

**Salary**:$74,742 - $80,407 per annum pro rata + 11.5% super + annual leave loading.
**Time Fraction**:Full Time, 1.0 EFT.
**Location**:Chadstone campus.
**WWCC**: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining and maintaining an ‘employee’ Working with Children Check.
**Police Check**: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining a Police Check.
**Position Status**:12 month contract of employment, with possibility of extension.

As the Applied Research and Innovation Project Assistant, you will play a vital role in the success of the Care Economy Applied Research and Innovation Program and related initiatives. Working closely with the Project Manager, you will assist with project coordination, document preparation, stakeholder communication, and maintaining research records.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist with the planning and implementation of the applied research and innovation research project to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and timelines of the program.
- Maintain accurate records of research activities and ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to foster strong relationships.
- Organize and facilitate research project meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.
- Support event planning and execution for research initiatives.
- Provide regular updates to the Project Manager on project progress and issues.

**ABOUT YOU**
- ** Skills**:Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills, with high attention to detail.
- ** Experience**:Demonstrated ability to assist with research projects and liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- ** Qualifications**:A relevant degree with experience in research support or lesser formal qualifications with substantial relevant experience.
