**Are you a good match?**
You have significant experience in retail management as well as the ability to drive sales performance, ensuring outstanding client service and maximising profits. You have the ability to strongly and effectively communicate with stakeholders including Boutique staff and external suppliers and you have strong organization and management skills.
**What are we expecting from you?**
Reporting to the Boutique Manager for Chadstone, you will be responsible for the Boutique staff and their activities as well as their performances in line with the Maison strategy and standards of excellence. In this function:
- You will lead the Boutique team by example, helping them elevate client experiences and in-store journey
- You will build Boutique and action plan to reach and exceed sales targets & KPI's
- You will be a referant for High Jewelry, Jewelry and Watchmaking know-how beyond the Maison's creations and develop general knowledge on the competition
- You will coach and mentor Boutique staff and work on team development, drive employee engagement and share knowledge
- You will look after Boutique Operations and supervise back office activities
