**This role will be primarily based in our Broadmeadows, VIC store and be flexible with local travel to our surrounding TK Maxx stores.**

Supported by the Loss Prevention Manager, it is responsible for maintaining the security of the store with a view to minimize shrinkage. The main objectives of the Loss Prevention Associate is to reduce criminal activity, respond to incidents and promote compliance.
- Deter theft and fraud by completing high profiling activities and offering customer service
- Ensure all physical security systems are operational and functioning correctly (CCTV, alarms, monitors, tethers, security tags, detachers, locks, safes, punch code locks and keys)
- Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Promote compliance with all policies and procedures

**Requirements needed**
- Security provider license (Class 1)
- A current and valid Australian driver’s license with access to a motor vehicle
- Previous Loss Prevention/ Security experience
