Job Summary

Join our team as an Assistant Store Manager and be a key player in the success of our retail store.
- In this exciting role, you will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the store, drive sales, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Set roster Tuesday to Saturday
- Receive 2 x free prescription eyewear per calendar year to keep you on trend

About the role

We are looking for a result driven, effective and caring leaders who are organised, able to think on their feet and make good decisions, while maintaining high standards of customer service and operational excellence, that support the continued growth of our brand.
- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring customer interactions exceed their expectations at all times.
- Build customer relationship and establish community.
- Address customer issues and queries in an appropriate and timely manner.
- Recommend the most suitable glasses, styles, colours, lenses to customers.
- Understand and communicate our product uses and benefits, warranty and refund policies.

About you
- Minimum 3 years of strong experience in customer-facing roles involving sales.
- Experience supervising other workers and delivering on-site training to junior members of a team.
- Ability to demonstrate the skill of building meaningful and long-term relationships with customers.
- Collaborative and consultative teamwork and leadership style.
