**The Opportunity**

We have an opportunity for a sales superstar to join the team in our Insert Location store in Insert State. We are looking for a self-motivated, well-presented individual who enjoys working as part of an energetic, fun and committed sales focused team. You need to have a strong customer service emphasis, a positive and safe attitude for the workplace and thrive in working in a fast-paced customer focused environment.

This is retailyou will need to have availability to work on the weekends and during the weekdays.

With an important focus on store standards, merchandising and sales, there will be a strong requirement for the successful applicant to ensure the company's policies and procedures are fully adhered to, whilst living our values.... that is, having fun

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Providing exceptional, personalised customer service to all of our guests
- Effective display of our fun, unique and novel giftware products
- Assisting the Store Sales Manager with stock replenishment and merchandising
- Minimise loss and maximise profit by having a high awareness of shrinkage issues
- Assisting the Store Sales Manager with staff rostering & training/coaching of staff
- Assisting with safety and compliance

**Desired skills and experience**:

- Well developed social and communication skills
- High standard of personal presentation
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Previous retail store experience in a similar role and environment
