- Cert 3 or 4 in Disability Services, Individual Support, Home, and Community Care
- Previous employment experience in the health/disability, and community services sector.

**The role may involve**:

- Assistance with community access and recreational activities
- Personal care (showering, toileting, and hygiene assistance)
- Transportation and social engagement
- Behavioural and Mental Health Support
- Two hour minimum shift

**Essential criteria**:

- The legal right to work in Australia.
- A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
- National Police Check
- Working with children check
- Certificate in First aid & CPR (current)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Two professional references
- ABN Holders Preferred but not Essential

**About you**:
You are a dedicated worker who enjoys working in the community to support people and meet their health goals and objectives. You have excellent communication skills, are caring, compassionate, and are a great team player. **If you are an experienced carer, a nursing student, or a retired nurse we encourage you to apply.**

**Salary**: $34.00 - $40.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
