As a Goodstart Educator, you'll become a vital part of our team, working alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to craft and enhance exceptional learning programs for our children. **About Goodstart Beaudesert Eaglesfield Street**:
You will be joining an intimate childcare centre with a capacity of 75 children, where a team of highly dedicated and fully qualified staff awaits you. Some members of our team have been with us for up to 15 years, showcasing their long-term commitment to the centre. Together, we strive to provide the highest quality of care and education for every child in our service.

Our centre offers a serene and welcoming environment, featuring spacious and beautifully designed rooms. Our outdoor learning spaces are expansive and thoughtfully created to enhance the children's experience; for instance, our Senior Toddlers yard has recently been revamped with lovely natural elements.

Conveniently located just across the road from the local school and within walking distance to the township, our centre is ideally situated to serve the community. We pride ourselves on fostering a nurturing atmosphere where children can thrive both indoors and outdoors.

**You’ll need**:
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
